This fall marks our 27th year in publishing and we are especially proud of our new fall series including Moments in History, Dinosaurs!, Dangerous Animals, Life in Ancient Times, and Superstars of NASCAR.

Our exciting line of nonfiction books is designed for early-emergent to fluent readers from Pre–K to Grade 2. Spanning Fountas & Pinnell levels A–P, these titles help develop reading proficiency and introduce young readers to common concepts in the early elementary curriculum. They align with national and state standards and cover topics from basic concepts (colors, shapes, and numbers) to science, social studies, and math.

Engaging, at-level nonfiction books in this group support the curriculum at the elementary grades. These titles take a fresh approach to subject matter through striking design and images, lively text, and emphasis on real-world events.

Our cutting-edge secondary collection focuses on comprehensive, curriculum-related topics for middle and high school students. This dynamic new collection features highly accessible text for struggling elementary and middle school students. Written at a first-grade reading level, each book features a high-interest topic in a sophisticated format, encouraging success in reluctant readers.

Our Must Reads are must haves! Books in this line focus on high-interest topics to motivate struggling and reluctant readers at the upper elementary and middle school grades. Written at an accessible third to low fourth grade reading level, these books feature an open page design, dynamic images, and engaging sidebars to draw in the most reluctant readers.
