Series review: Thats Gross!
This series is going for the yuck factor to get readers attention, but as the sidebars in the books point out, the information could be Gross or Cool. The series is well-written and informative, helping readers understand such things as the importance of cleanliness, pet care, and caution. My students enjoyed looking over these books, and gave them a thumbs-up. I must admit, I felt compelled to wash my hands after reading them! RECOMMENDED.
