Everett's ordinary suburban life seems dull and gray and lonely—especially since his best friend Noah died. At night, he begins having vivid and disturbing dreams, exploring his boring town anew. He encounters strange structures and bizarre creatures—and Noah. When Everett wakes, he chalks the experiences up to his imagination. But then he notices new places popping up in his daytime neighborhood that mirror sinister sites from his dreamland. Has he seen visions of the future? Or is something far more terrifying at work?
